House Rules at Tivona

1. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. For company outings that require parking for huge buses that may not fit through the narrow alley leading to the resort, there is a public parking space near the resort.  Parking fee is P500/day.

 2. Please pay in full upon arrival (if you haven’t yet) and give a P500 deposit.  This will be returned to you when you check out upon inspection and clearance that none of the items turned over to you during check in are damaged or missing.

3. We do not allow the bringing in and use of videoke unless guests book the entire resort for family or company outings.  And out of courtesy to guests in nearby resorts who wish to retire early and relax, playing of loud music, karaoke/videoke singing, loud noises/games, screaming, and laughing boisterously are prohibited from 10pm until 9am.

4. Please dispose of trash properly.  Littering along the beach is subject to a P300 penalty.

5. Within the resort, we prohibit the use of paper plates and plastic utensils for meals in order to reduce the volume of trash.  Plates, glasses, cups and flatware are provided for you.  Please use these only for purposes of eating and drinking, and not as toys.

6. Eating inside cottages is not prohibited, but is highly discouraged.

7. Guests are requested to hang wet clothing and towels in designated areas to keep the place looking tidy.

8. Please conserve water at all times.  Children, in particular, tend to play with water when unsupervised.  Please be sure to watch over them so that they do not waste water.  Also, please try to limit bathing time to 5 minutes.

9. Guests booked in our Standard Rooms are requested to help us conserve energy by removing the keycard from its slot when leaving the room.

10. Tivona is a pet-friendly resort.  You may bring your pets as long as you pick up after them and make sure they are not a nuisance to other guests.
