House Rules

1. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas.

2. Please pay in full upon arrival (if you haven’t yet) and give a P500 deposit. This will be returned to you when you check out upon inspection and clearance that none of the items turned over to you during check in are damaged or missing.

3. We do not allow the bringing in and use of videoke unless guests book the entire resort for family or company outings. And out of courtesy to guests in nearby resorts who wish to retire early and relax, playing of loud music, karaoke/videoke singing, loud noises/games, screaming, and laughing boisterously are prohibited from 10pm until 9am.

4. Please dispose of trash properly. Littering along the beach is subject to a P300 penalty.

5. Within the resort, we prohibit the use of paper plates and plastic utensils for meals in order to reduce the volume of trash. Plates, glasses, cups and flatware are provided for you. Please use these only for purposes of eating and drinking, and not as toys.

6. Eating inside cottages is not prohibited, but is highly discouraged.

7. Guests are requested to hang wet clothing and towels in designated areas to keep the place looking tidy.

8. Please conserve water at all times.

9. Do not fish or destroy corals in the marine sanctuaries as these are protected by law and violators will be heavily penalized.
