DIRECTIONS

1. From Manila, take South Luzon Expressway and exit at the second to the last exit (to Batangas, Lucena and Legaspi).

2. Drive 6.5 kms and turn right on Star Tollway. Exit at the end and drive towards Lipa.

3. When you reach a fork with Mc Donald’s in the middle, take the road on the right. Travel down this road and turn right at the corner of Mercury Drug. This is P.Torres St.

4. You will come to a fork with a rotary sign on the left. Turn left on that road going to Padre Garcia town market. Then turn right immediately after Padre Garcia Shopping Center/market.

5. You will come to a sign that says “Batangas Race Circuit”; turn left at this junction. This road leads to San Juan town proper.

6. Turn right immediately after the town municipio. This is the main road to Laiya.

7. When you see Blue Coral on your left, take that narrow service road (do not enter Blue Coral or Sabangan) until you enter compound at the end where Balai and Tivona are located.
