ACCOMODATIONS

If you love the outdoors, you’ll enjoy the simplicity and charm of our nipa cottages, which allow our guests to be cooled by the fresh mountain and sea breeze. Electric fans provide added ventilation during warmer days (and no need to worry about mosquitoes – there aren’t any).

Cottage A , which is identical to Cottage B, has its own kitchen and dining area beside the stairs. The kitchen is equipped with 1 griller (charcoal not included) and 1 gas burner (guests pay P150/day for usage), as well as a kitchen sink. A set of 8 plates, glasses, cups and flatware are also there for guests to use. In the absence of a refrigerator, guests usually opt to bring a cooler for storage.

Each of these cottages has 2 small rooms, one with a king-sized bed which can sleep up to 3-4 people, and another room with 2 single beds.

Cottages A and B can each accommodate a maximum of 8 people, some of whom can sleep on the balcony, and extra mattresses and beddings can be provided. Each cottage is assigned a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) located a few steps away. In excess of 8 people, we allow a maximum of two children age 5 or below.

Rate: P5,000 for 1-2 nights, P2,500 for every additional night.

Cottage C
is a two-storey hut with one big, non-partitioned room on the second floor that has 3 double beds. Each bed is 4 feet wide and can sleep 1-2 people, and the room and the balcony are big enough to accommodate a few more individuals who can sleep on mattresses on the floor. For those who want easier access to the cottage’s assigned bathroom (located beside the cottage’s stairs), sleeping on the ground floor is an option as well. Cottage C can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. In excess of 12, we allow a maximum of two children age 5 or below.

The dining and kitchen area on the ground level, as with all other cottages, has a sink, a griller (without charcoal), a gas burner (guests pay P150/day for usage), flatware, plates, glasses and cups for 12 people.

Rate: P8,000 for 1-2 nights, P4,000 for every additional night.

Cottages D and E can each accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
In excess of 8 people, we allow a maximum of two children age 5 or below. These cottages are identical and share a common kitchen and dining area, located in between the two cottages.

The dining and kitchen area is divided. Partition is made only between the 2 dining areas, and cabinets for storage are adjacent but separate. As with Cottages A and B, Cottages D and E each have a griller (without charcoal), a gas burner (guests pay P150/day for usage), flatware, plates, glasses and cups for 8 people.

The assigned bathrooms for Cottages C, D, and E feature sinks that are separate from the toilet and shower area in order to allow more people to use the facilities at any given time.

Rate: P5,000 for 1-2 nights, P2,500 for every additional night.
